Now Cornerstone manage shopping center such as Beachwalk Kuta Bali, Park 23 - Tuban Bali & 23@paskal - Bandung and another Mail project around in Indonesia.

Main Responsible : 

1. Responsible for formulation & implementation of all leasing strategies and space planning. 

2. Review and recommend trade tenancy mix based on the mall's positioning 

3. Handle lease and tenant related matter

4. Preparation of retail plan on a shop by shop basis together with accurate and credible forecast for renewals, market review, vacancies and critical tenants

5. Active management of retail leasing to optimize the key drivers of lease rental, vacancy and capital incentives through intense retailer negotiation

Minimum Requirements :

1. Bachelor's in management/ any fields

2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

3. Able to work independently and under pressure

4. Proactive, resourceful and service oriented

5. Fluent in English and Bahasa

6. Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung or Bali

7. Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
